Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
1. Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
4. Special note on digital content
For contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium (e.g. the purchase/upgrade of album templates or album sizes), your right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and you have confirmed that you are aware that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins. This consent is actively requested before the order is completed.
