A pressed coin is probably the cheapest souvenir of a day out: insert a coin, turn the crank, done. In Leipzig there are 12 locations for it with 9 known designs. You will mostly find them in these corners: Freizeitpark / Erlebnispark / Themenpark, Sonstiges / Spezial / Besonderheit, Verkehrspunkt / Bahnhof / Hafen. Well-known spots are Belantis A5, Panorama Tower, Völkerschlachtdenkmal. Almost everywhere you pay with coins – €1 or €2 per pressing.

Bring a 5-cent coin

You insert the coin into the machine and it gets pressed there.
